In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on c7890. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active. c7890 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will immediately suspend any account where the holder is found to be under the age of 21.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold an active c7890 Account or use the Services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from c7890 or any affiliated platform during the period of their self-exclusion;
• Employees, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of c7890 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on c7890. Where duplicate accounts are identified, c7890 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit pending withdrawals, and void unsettled bets.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Maintenance. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be communicated to c7890's support team promptly. c7890 reserves the right to place a withdrawal hold on any account where discrepancies are identified between registration data and KYC documents.

3.4 KYC Verification. c7890 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may involve submitting one or more of the following:

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);

4.4 Secure Access Practices. We strongly recommend that Members use a unique, strong password for their c7890 account that is not shared with any other online service, and that they log out fully from any shared or public device after each session.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. c7890 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). c7890 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required is the Member's sole responsibility.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on c7890 is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Member's account tier. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of the member dashboard.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, third-party e-wallets, or any payment method not registered to the verified account holder are prohibited and will result in immediate account review.

5.4 Processing Time. Deposits processed via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to the Member's c7890 Balance within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited instantly. c7890 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.

5.5 Deposit Fees. c7890 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees that are outside c7890's control.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals from your c7890 Balance are permitted at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) your KYC verification is complete; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirement; and (c) there are no pending investigations or account reviews on your account.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the c7890 Account holder, as verified during KYC. c7890 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–4 hours for bank transfers and typically instantly for e-wallet withdrawals, subject to the payment provider's own processing schedule. During high-volume periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. c7890 does not guarantee processing during Nyepi, Idul Fitri, or other public holidays when banking systems may be unavailable.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. c7890 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.

6.6 Withdrawal Fees. c7890 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees that are outside c7890's control.

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Members as described in the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified Members who have completed the standard KYC process. c7890 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms. Where a general wagering requirement applies in the absence of a specific promotion term, it shall be 10x the bonus amount.

7.3 Bet Contribution. Not all wager types contribute equally toward fulfilling a Wagering Requirement. The following contribution rates apply unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms:

• Sportsbook bets (single and accumulator) at odds of 1.50 or greater: 100% contribution;
• Sportsbook bets at odds below 1.50: 0% contribution;
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution;
• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Togel markets: 50% contribution;
• E-sports betting: 100% contribution.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Member's account. Bonus Funds not utilised or Wagering Requirements not met within this period will be forfeited automatically.

7.5 Bonus Abuse. c7890 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-account bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), and exploiting system errors or technical faults. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account subject to termination.

7.6 Promotional Changes. c7890 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to Members' accounts prior to the change taking effect.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on c7890 are subject to acceptance by the platform. c7890 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of an event, bets placed at manifest error odds, or bets that exceed the maximum stake limits applicable to the relevant market.

8.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a typographical error in odds, a technical fault in the odds feed, or the display of odds that are clearly inconsistent with the market price — c7890 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. c7890 will notify affected Members and return stakes in the event of a void.

8.3 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body (for football: FIFA, AFC, PSSI; for e-sports: the tournament organiser; for togel: the relevant official draw result). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, c7890's decision shall be final.

8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time, including for goal alerts, red cards, penalties, video reviews (VAR), or other significant in-game events. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted and stakes will be returned. c7890 is not liable for any delay in processing in-play bets caused by network latency or device issues on the Member's end.

8.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-bet payout on c7890 is Rp 500.000.000 per event, regardless of the stake placed or the odds at which the bet was accepted. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum payout limit.

8.6 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) bets require a minimum of 3 selections. All selections in a mix parlay must be correct for the bet to be a winner. The minimum odds per selection in a mix parlay are 1.30. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided (e.g., due to an abandoned match), the bet reverts to a parlay with the remaining valid selections.

9.1 General Prohibition. You agree not to use the c7890 platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to c7890 or any third party. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent termination:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider-information betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use c7890 for any form of financial crime;
• Using the platform to process payments on behalf of third parties (acting as an unlicensed payment processor);
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c7890 staff or other Members through any communication channel;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with c7890 support.

9.2 Consequences. Where prohibited conduct is identified, c7890 reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the Member's account; (b) void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; (c) forfeit the entire Balance associated with the account; and (d) report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the c7890 platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, software, text, graphics, odds data, and game content — is the property of c7890 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of c7890.

10.2 Limited Licence. c7890 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sub-licence, sell, resell, copy, or exploit any platform content for commercial gain.

10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. c7890 is authorised to distribute this content under its gaming licence agreements.

13.3 Cap on Liability. Where c7890's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the bet stake directly associated with the relevant event.

13.4 Force Majeure. c7890 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, telecommunications failure, or civil unrest.

13.5 Third-Party Services. c7890 is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party services integrated into the platform, including payment processors (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). Any service interruption, error, or data discrepancy originating from a third-party provider is outside c7890's control and responsibility.

14.1 Right to Amend. c7890 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
